A blending of breath work and movement gentle enough for those looking for a slower pace and challenging enough for those wanting to work up a sweat. In this class you will tune in and let your practice evolve as needed for you. Modifications and a variety of levels of intensity will be offered and flow will be determined by your own energy level. All levels welcome.
